Production:

Manufacturing is mostly export oriented- currently 95%. Main recipients of our products are German, French and Swiss companies. These are mainly long-term contracts. From the beginning of our activity we have been maintaining co-operation mostly with German companies and the range of products is being expanded day by day.

Our machinery stock consists mostly of eccentric and hydraulic presses, guillotine shears and roller levellers. We also have machine processing works at our disposal and own lathes, milling machines and grinders that are used for producing extrusion diesas well as in the production process. In accordance with our clients' wish, metal products are finally zinced by firing or using the galvanic method, chrome-plated, nickel-plated, powder painted or by using the KTL technology. We also co-operate with local companies in some of the services.

We produce:

• brackets, builder's hardware as well as fences and railings. We make over 80 items, especially: door stops, hinges, brackets, hooks, latches, door and gate bolts, etc.
• subassemblies for glider trailers: wing's cradles, wing's pillars of different shape and dimensions, hydraulic ramps, shafts, etc.
• metal or metal-wood hangers of many kinds depending on clients’ requirements.
• flower shelves of adjustable height
• Various bicycle stands made of tubes or sections.
• Railing's elements made of steel or stainless steel / rails, couplers, aluminium or colour metals overlaps, entry gates, etc.
• Building goods
• Limiting hooks of different length

In the field of manufacturing our company specialises in:

• punching and bending elements using eccentric and hydraulic press of pressure from 6 to 100 tones
• cutting steel and colour metal sections with the use of tape saws
• cutting sheet metals up to 6,3mm thick with the use of guillotine shears
• welding steel and stainless steel (chromium-nickel) inside rare gases covers
• riveting elements using traditional and revolving method
• stream processing of stainless steel products
